This video is rubbish! It's the LEGO City Garbage Truck set 60118 :)

Every LEGO City needs to be kept clean and tidy, and these are the guys to do it. This new garbage truck is higher than previous sets, more for industrial/commercial waste than residential. As such it has a front-mounted lifting frame to tip rubbish into its container from above. It's brightly coloured with an orange container, but not as aesthetically pleasing as the residential garbage truck 4432 which preceeded it.
